libphash0-dev software package provides Perceptual hashing library development package, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libphash0-dev
libphash0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libphash0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libphash0-dev *
You will get with libphash0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
